How to Access Your UDSM Student Email

1. Go to https://studentmail.udsm.ac.tz/
2. To "Set Password" Click on “Reset Password” and complete the fields
3. Your “username” is the UDSM student email address provided in your admission letter
4. Fill in the “CAPTCHA”
5. Click "Send" to initiate the password reset process.
6. An email containing a password reset link will be sent to your alternative email address (the one used during your admission application processes).
7. The new password must contain at least eight characters, including a number, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character. For example: Kilindi@1987
8. Log in to your alternative email account (the one used during your admission application processes), follow the steps to reset your password, and then click the “Send”
9. You will get a confirmation message such as “Your password has changed successfully”
10. Next, go to https://studentmail.udsm.ac.tz/, now login using your username and your newly created password.
