Logistics Manager Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and improving the company's transportation and distribution operations.
Key duties include:
- Overseeing the overall transportation and distribution of products.
- Planning fleet schedules, vehicle allocations, and delivery routes.
- Supervising drivers, turnboys, and other logistics operational staff.
- Monitoring fuel consumption, transport efficiency, and logistics costs.
- Supervising cargo loading and unloading to minimize product damage.
- Monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinating necessary repairs.
- Ensuring fleet safety and compliance requirements are followed.
- Preparing and presenting periodic reports on logistics and transport performance.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:

Work Experience
