Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking Tanzanian youth (Zanzibar residents are highly encouraged to apply) who meet the following criteria:
- Age: Under 35 years old.
- Education: A Degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Economics, Banking, International Relations, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for persuasion and achieving results.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, creativity, and the ability to work independently in challenging environments.
- Status: Not currently employed by the government.
