DSA Job Vacancies and Work Locations
The available positions are distributed as follows:
- Mbeya – 30 positions
- Iringa – 10 positions
- Arusha – 10 positions
Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services while developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
DSA candidates will be expected to identify, recruit and onboard new customers. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining lasting customer relationships, consistently achieving assigned sales targets, and preparing and submitting daily sales performance reports.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are confident communicators, customer-focused and capable of working independently to deliver results.
DSA Job Requirements
Applicants should have at least a Form IV Secondary Education Examination Certificate. A Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field will be an added advantage.
The employer is also looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous sales experience is preferred, although other qualities such as honesty, hard work, high integrity, a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset are important.
