Detailed Job Descriptions & Qualifications
1. Assistant Accounts Officer (1 Post)
- Key Responsibilities: Managing fixed asset registers, petty cash vouchers, bank reconciliations, and assisting the Chief Accountant in preparing financial statements and annual budgets.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/Finance. Ongoing NBAA Professional Examination Scheme enrollment is an added advantage. Proficiency in accounting software packages is required.
2. Internal Audit Officer (1 Post)
- Key Responsibilities: Evaluating internal financial control systems, conducting risk management audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing management audit reports.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Finance, or Accounting, combined with professional qualifications like CPA (T), ACCA, ACA, or CIA.
3. Procurement Officer (1 Post)
- Key Responsibilities: Managing supply chain operations, preparing Annual Procurement Plans, maintaining vendor databases, evaluating tenders, and adhering to the Public Procurement Act.
- Key Qualifications: Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, PSPTB registration, and strong command of procurement software tools.
