Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Holder of a Form IV Secondary Education Certificate (CSEE)
- Driving License: Valid Class E or C Driving License with at least one (1) year of accident-free driving experience
- Professional Training: Basic Driving Course certification from VETA or any other government-recognized institution
- Salary Scale: TGS B
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety
- Transport staff to various official destinations
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and ensure overall cleanliness
- Maintain and complete the vehicle logbook for all journeys
- Collect and distribute official documents
Important Application Rules
- Citizenship & Age: Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged between 18 and 45 years
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): Attach a detailed CV with current contact details, active email, and names of three (3) reliable referees
- Certificates: All academic and professional certificates must be certified by an Advocate/Attorney (Result slips, testimonials, or provisional results will not be accepted)
- Foreign Qualifications: Applicants with certificates from abroad must have them verified by NECTA, TCU, or NACTVET
